      yes, this will. I use this with my K-5, K-x, ME-Super, MZ-6 and all M42-lenses

    This adapter will work with a K1000? I've tried 2 others and the infinity fails as does the light meter.

      Fails with light meter depend from construction of lens. Because M42 bayonet's is so many and so different.
